Rees brings more than two decades ofglobal broadcast experience across live and pre-recorded linear, digital, andOTT platforms. His career spans Europe, MENA, Asia, South America and the USA,where he has consistently aligned commercial and production operations to drivegrowth, strengthen client partnerships, and deliver high-quality performanceacross multiple territories.

He hascollaborated with many of the world’s premier sports federations andrights-holders, including Serie A, the Bundesliga, UEFA, the J League,Premiership Rugby, and EPCR. Most recently, Rees served as Head of OutsideBroadcast at DAZN, a global leading sports entertainment platform, where he ledhost broadcast strategy for the company’s expansion into emerging markets.

David Rees will report to Arjan van Westerloo, EVP, NEP Europe and join theregional senior leadership team.

Rees will succeed Interim Managing DirectorVince Russell, who has led the business through its recent transformation.Vince will remain with NEP Connect during the transition period to ensure asmooth and effective handover.
