NEP Connect is pleased to announce the strengthening of it's leadership team with two senior appointments. 

Paul Bond will join NEP Connect as Commercial Director, effective 15 September 2025. Paul brings deep industry expertise across the media and telecommunications sectors, having held senior leadership roles at British Telecom. He has a strong track record of driving commercial success and spearheading transformation within complex, fast-evolving business environments.

In addition, Chris Wright has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of NEP Connect, effective immediately, after previously serving as Senior Director of Operations.

These strategic leadership changes further reinforce NEP Connect under the direction of Vince Russell, who continues to serve as Interim Managing Director, reporting directly to Arjan van Westerloo, Executive Vice President of NEP Europe for the UK, Netherlands, and Ireland.
