Gordon joined NEP Connect as a Satellite Communications Engineer in 1997 and has progressed through the business to his current position as Head of Technical Support.
Gordon now leads all aspects of support for NEP Connect across both the Milton Keynes and MediaCityUK sites and has expanded the existing support infrastructure to allow integration of a wide range of technologies while ensuring the same high level of service provision is maintained. He has played a key role in the introduction of a fault ticketing system tailored specifically for the requirements of the business allowing key performance metrics to be measured.
Gordon joined NEP Connect from Advent Communications where he spent three years as a Customer Support engineer. Prior to that he had a successful career as an RF engineer developing airborne radar systems for use in military aircraft and was a Project Manager on a major helicopter project delivered to the Royal Navy.
Away from work, Gordon enjoys walking and is a keen Ballroom and Latin American dancer.
