NEP’s sponsored award for Best Sports Programme covers all sports related programming (except documentaries)and highlights coverage of sporting events to sports-themed programming.

As one of the most outstanding and historic events of last year, it was no surprise the award went to none other than Whisper and BBC Sports for the BBC, for their exceptional coverage of the Women's EURO 2022!

Another added: “The coverage turned it into a feel good moment for the entire nation.”
